Billing questions
- Am I charged per course?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited courses. What changes between plans is how many documents you can upload each month, how many audiobooks you can narrate, how many people are on your team, and the transaction fee on your sales.
- What is the transaction fee?
- It's our cut of what you sell through the platform — 5% on Hustlers, 2% on Founders, 0% on Legends. Paystack's own processing fee is separate and goes to them.
- What happens when I hit a monthly limit?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep full access to everything you've already made; you just can't start a new upload or narration until the month resets or you move up a plan.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 3 days of full access. We email you the day before it ends, and if you cancel inside that window you're never charged.
- And the money-back guarantee?
- If you're within 60 days of your first payment and it isn't working for you, email us and we refund it. No call, no retention flow.
- Can I change plans later?
- Up or down, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
